These items include the following types of materials from the Beta Theta Pi, Gamma Epsilon chapter, fraternity at Kansas State University: photo of house mother and date (Amy DeLauro and Ray Crubel) in 1986, group photos of pledges in 1986 and 1988, composite photos from 1986 to 1988, and chapter publication, The Sphinx, from 1985 to 1988.

Reva Helen Lyne Russell papers

This collection is primarily made up of records, programs, and correspondence between Reva Helen Lyne and various athletic programs and schools across Kansas during her involvement with Kansas State Women's Athletic Association (KSWAA) at Kansas State Agricultural College between 1923 and 1928. These letters mainly discuss plans for Central Sectional KSWAA conferences, information about selecting and receiving a shield for the Association, and other notes from WAA meetings about specific sports and student athletic records (track and field, basketball, etc.). Photographs from her childhood, college years, and wedding to Paul Russell are also included, as well as a diary from 1925 and her funeral service program from 2000.

This collection contains material ranging from 1915 to 1999 from the Kansas State University chapter of Phi Kappa Phi and was aquired in two different accessions. Included are chapter minutes, membership records, financial reports, banquet programs, various correspondence, awards, original charter, and published materials.

Phi Beta Kappa (Beta of Kansas chapter) records

The Phi Beta Kappa, Beta of Kansas chapter, records include materials documenting the local and national organizations.  The local chapter began in 1974, and records pre-dating that year include national records such as constitutions, by-laws, newsletters and other publications, a history, manuals, and letterhead.
The local Beta of Kansas chapter includes organizational operating records such as minutes, officer records, financial records, membership rolls, and chapter correspondence.  These local records also include society honors records such as initiation rites, speeches, and honors banquets.
A letter of note is one from Aldous Huxley responding to a request for him to speak.

Pat Patton collection

This collection is composed of materials that were gathered and donated by department staff member Pat Patton and includes artifacts, photographs, articles, books, scrapbooks, and other memorabilia related to the history of Kansas State University between the late 1880s and 2008. The materials described in the container list include 1) research topics of Ms. Patton, such as Minnie Howell Champe (first African American woman to graduate from K-State) and the local chapter of Phi Beta Sigma, and 2) items she collected, including athletics materials and documentation of student life and culture.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity records

The collection is composed of materials relating to the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, and the Delta chapter located at Kansas State University. A portion of the collection is devoted to chapter member Frank Marshall Davis, which includes three of his publications and correspondence between Davis and Kansas State University faculty member, Carol E. Oukrop. The chapter materials also include exhibit contents of physical items and web archives of a later online exhibit. The collection also has some of Phi Beta Sigma's Conclave programs, their national publication, The Crescent, and multiple yearbooks featuring Phi Beta Sigma members. Additional items include group photographs of the Alpha Sigma chapter, artifacts from previous conclaves, and a large Phi Beta Sigma banner. Another item of note is the George A. Parker scrapbook; Parker was a delegate to the 1964 Republican National Convention.
