The Global Campus Records, formally known as Division of Continuing Education, consists of material from 1951 to 2007. The material found in this collection partly pertains to the credit courses offered through Global Campus from 1975 to 2002. It contains files from courses offered during the semester and intersession (winter, spring, summer) periods. Some of the colleges that are highlighted in the Global Campus Records include the College of Arts & Sciences, College of Education, and College of Engineering; the bulk of these files are related to the College of Arts & Sciences. These files are typically composed of resources and manuals for distance and online courses, enrollment statistics, course information packets, photographs, videotapes, credit course promotional material, course evaluations, course financing, reports and reviews related to credit courses, and correspondence related to credit courses.

Some of the material found in this collection pertains to Conference and Non- Credit Programs (CNCP) and opportunities provided across campus. Files possess materials related to conference and program agendas, enrollment and attendee lists, budget and financial information, speaker presentations, brochures and pamphlets, correspondence related to conferences and programs, and promotional materials. Along with CNCP there are also conference files incorporated into this collection. There are also brochures and marketing material for the conferences, final budgets, attendance reports, and notes from the conferences that occurred from 1989-2007.

The bulk of the material in this collection is contained in the Dean’s Office and Administrative series. These contain files taken from the office of the Dean of Global Campus or related offices. These also contain files from organizations such as Western Kansas Community Services Consortium (WKCSC), National University Degree Consortium (NUDC) along with files from the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and National University Continuing Education Association (NUCEA).

The Administrative series specifically contains some files from the office of David Stewart, on non-traditional studies. Along with those files it contains things from the Kansas Board of Regents, reading files, meeting minutes and notes, and final budgeting reports.

The Dean’s office series contains files from the offices of Elizabeth Unger and Robert Kruh, both previous Deans of Global Campus. There are also some files pertaining to Army education through Fort Riley. Lastly, files and correspondence on academic outreach and how to go about campus improvements.

This collection includes serial publications from African-American publishers throughout the nation between 1964 and 1978.  Robert Bontrager used these materials to teach his "Black Press in America" course from 1970 to 1989.  There is representation from national publications like Ebony Jr! and The Journal of Negro Education, as well as smaller publications like Sepia (Fort Worth, Texas) and The Facts (Seattle, Washington).

These thirty-four (34) volumes of letterpress copybooks document presidential and college administration correspondence at Kansas State Agricultural College, now Kansas State University, between 1871 and 1901. Only one volume is incoming correspondence and the remaining volumes are copies of outgoing correspondence. This collection is composed of literary productions and photographs from between 1964-1971. The included literary production records are made up of correspondence (1964), notes, editor's notes, early drafts, fourth draft for A Choice of Weapons by Gordon Parks, as well as the original manuscript for Whispers of Intimate Things by Gordon Parks (1971). The included photographs are largely focused around the filming of the Learning Tree. This box includes images of Gordon Parks, crew and cast, filming sites, and others. There is also a box of photo slides as well.

This collection is composed of correspondence (1934-1981), unpublished literary works (1962-1966), private press publications (1957-1966), and private press samples (1952-1970). The collection as a whole contains information from 1936-1981.

The correspondence includes material to, from, or regarding Lewis D. Allen (The Allen Press), Amy Bonner (poetry), John Ciardi, Robert Conover (Kansas Magazine), Jack Conroy (The Anvil), Don v R. Denner, Paul Hayden Duensing, Ralph Green, Langston Hughes, Bill Jackson (The Four Ducks Press), the Kansas State University Library, Ester McCoy, and Courtland Mathews.

The unpublished literary works contain material related to Phillip Metzger (The Crabgrass Press), Henry Morris, Louise A. Moss (Excalibur Press), Marvin H. Neel (The Backwoods Press), Joseph Stanley Pennell, Bern Porter, Rex Warner, Lamar Wegand (The Private Press of the Indiana Kid), and John Ciardi, as well as some unidentified publications.

This collection's private press publications include material related to the Crabtree Press and the Zauberg Press.

Lastly, the private press samples are composed of material related to the Adagio Press, Anvil Press, Auerhahn, the Allen Press, the Backwoods Press, the Crabtree Press, John DePol, Paul Hayden Duensing, Henry Ebans, Eden Hill Press, Endgrain Press, Excalibur Press, the Four Ducks Press, the Grabhorn Press, Grosvenor Chater & Co., Ben and Melanie Grauer, the Grolier Club, the Gravesend Press, Joint Chappels, Lanson Monotype Co. , Joseph Low, the Pastime Printer, the Porpise Bookshop, the Privateer Press, Charles S. This collection is comprised of material from the Dow Chemical Multicultural Resource Center at Kansas State University Libraries.  Material within this collection covers multicurtural issues, personalities, and events at Kansas State University as well as the surrounding area.  The bulk of the material in the collection is from the 1960s to the 1990s.  There are photographs taken by Lawerence Wright, Jr., as well as posters from events sponsored by the Dow Chemical Multicultural Resource Center.

The Consumer Federation of America records document the association's development from 1967 to 2017 through testimonies, newsletters, reports, statements, correspondence, press releases, pamphlets, policy resolutions, and audiotapes. The collection contains minutes from the CFA board of directors meetings, CFA policy resolutions and CFA annual reports (1980–2016). Other reports, statements, and surveys provide coverage of issues investigated, policies advanced, and materials developed to educate the public and media. Areas addressed include consumer safety, financial advancement and protection, consumer knowledge, post-9/11 terrorism insurance and safety, and product safety in general and specifically product safety in children's products and automobiles.

Of special interest is correspondence documenting interactions with prominent political figures including Joe Biden, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Bob Dole. Also noteworthy are pamphlets from the association’s annual Consumer Assembly (1980–2015) and pamphlets developed for the CFA project America Saves. A set of audiotapes (2000–2003) offers insight into CFA conferences that tackled issues including food safety, obesity, and bioterrorism. Reports document court cases and petitions. The collection contains the association's voting records (1971–2008).

The Robert Simonsen Photograph Collection contains autographed photographs divided into 4 series: U. S. Political, U. S. Military, U. S. Protectorates, and International Leaders. The collection is split fairly evenly between the United States and International photographs, with the majority of the U. S. photographs residing in the Political series. Many of the autographs include an inscription and/or an accompanying letter. Unidentified individuals are first within each section.
The United States Political series is divided into three subseries: States, Ambassadors, and Federal Agencies. The States are arranged alphabetically with the individuals sorted alphabetically by name under their political division: House of Representatives, Senate, and State Officials. This is followed by United States Ambassadors arranged alphabetically within various year ranges, and United States Federal Agencies sorted alphabetically by specific department then arranged alphabetically by name.
The United States Military series is divided into four subseries by branch: Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, and Marines. Within each branch the names are alphabetized under rank. Some ranks are entered multiple times under various year ranges.
The photographs in the United States Protectorates series are alphabetized under the specific place: Micronesia, Palau, Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Trust Territory of the Pacific, Guam, and Marshall Islands.
The International Leaders series is sorted alphabetically by country. Some countries have all the individuals sorted alphabetically within a single grouping, while other countries will further divide the photographs into political and military subgroups. For example, the photographs for Argentina are all grouped together, while Australia is broken into 14 subgroups.

This collection includes biographical material, correspondence, material by subject, printed material, photographs, cassette tapes, computer disks, VHS tapes, reel-to-reel film, and artifacts.  The biographical material consists of newspaper clippings about Stewart M. Lee and his work in the consumer interest.  Correspondence is arranged alphabetically and includes letters from such people as Elizabeth Hanford Dole, Betty Furness, Virginia Knauer, Nelson D. Rockefeller, and Caspar Weinberger.
The Subject series is arranged in alphabetical order with fair trade making up the bulk of the series.  Other topics in this series include product advertisement, consumer interest, Ralph Nader, packaging deceptions, President Ronald Reagan's consumer activity, President George Bush's consumer activity, President Jimmy Carter's consumer activity, price fixing, alcohol and tobacco, trading stamps, weights, and measures, and warranties.  The printed material is arranged in alphabetical order according to the type of material and newsletters make up the bulk of this series. Some newsletters included are Better Business News & Views, COCO Intercom, The Consumer Affairs Letter,  Consumer News, The Insurance Forum, Status Report, World Consumer.
Photographs include advertisements for the 1986 Super Bowl games.  The Media series includes consumer information such as buying habits, money management, real estate tips, becoming an informed shopper, buying furniture, buying vehicles, buying a home, seat belt safety, airbag safety, helmet laws, and brand names.
Oversize items are posters explaining the Universal Product Code (UPC), grades for best and second best, and the size of olives.
The Artifacts include examples of products that Dr. Lee took with him when doing presentations or testifying before the House, Congress, and other government agencies.  Some artifacts included are cereal boxes, laundry detergent boxes, toothpaste boxes, empty vegetable cans, empty soda cans, plastic packaging for corn chips, product labels for bathroom tissue, and the suitcase he used to carry the items in.
The Addition Series consists of boxes 16-20 and includes biographical information, literary works, subjects, photographs, and media.  Some topics of interest are Amway Case, Consumer Week, and a photograph of President Gerald Ford.

This collection combines from many sources stereographs from people connected to Kansas State University, as well as one record box of stereoscopes with miscellaneous parts in various conditions. The Morse Department of Special Collections created the alphabetical arrangement and storage of this collection.

Materials include research notes from Ms. Reay's 1999 book, Land Grant Ladies: Kansas State University Presidential Wives, typescript with handwritten notes of a speech given in 2009, Christmas card and letter from 2008 that Joseph Denison's great-grandson sent to Ms. Chance-Reay, a scrap of fleece that bears the Kansas State University imprint from 2011, a letter from Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor from 2011, Cherokee Area Archives first lady photograph, Land Grant Ladies Book Review, A first lady cookbook, PEO magazine and yearbook, and Domestic Science Club information and materials.

The Louis H. Douglas papers document the career of Douglas and the lecture series that was named after him at Kansas State University. Included are photographs of Douglas and speakers at the lecture series, as well as additional documentation regarding his time as a political science professor at Kansas State University from 1949–1977 and the Lou Douglas Lecture Series that began in 1980.

The Entomology Department Records were generated and collected by the Entomology Department at Kansas State University and pertain to the files of faculty and extension entomologists of the department, including Roger C. Smith, E.G. Kelly, Dell E. Gates, and F.L. Poston. They document correspondence, research and course files of faculty. Significant topics covered and material includes grasshoppers, corn borers, crops, pesticides, pest management, extension work, and extension specialist correspondence. Approximate years covered of the records are 1904-1990.
