Letter to Brother Mentioned the Clutter Murder; went with her counterpart and one of the Information men to the main I.C.A. building to watch a film of Ike’s visit in Ankara, “I was terribly disappointed because there was no picture of Barbara, Ike’s daughter-in-law;” is frustrated with the lacking of planning on the part of the Turks when it comes to preparing for a trip; “I heard a funny story this am. There was a fire in the Turkish Embassy not long ago and the Turkish fire department reported twice to help but were not allowed in;” is going to entertain the Turkish Home Economics Association.
