Files are divided by year a majority of the time, the only exclusions being: 1986, 1994, and 1995. 1986 has been divided into two files are much larger than the other deviant years. The 1994 and 1995 files are sparser and more specific, likely part of a larger collection originally. 1994 covers the "Sophomore Only" facet of the Open House, and 1995 covers only correspondence regarding media for the event.

Contains Dr. Pat Bosco's "Enrollment Management Notebooks" from 1989-1994 as well as eclectic enrollment files spanning from 1983-1999. The Enrollment Management Notebooks contain correspondence, statistics, newsclippings, and photos regarding enrollment, student retainment, national recruitment outreach, transfer students, demographical data, events, and related minutes/workshops. The other files contain similar information, though in sparser quantities, and are from years outside of the Enrollment Management Notebook range (1983, 1987, 1988, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2004).
