This box contains slides, speech scripts, notes, minutes, reports, correspondence, publications, papers, newspaper clippings related to the KSU College of Engineering, as well as projects and organizations that Rathbone was involved with. The subjects of this material include the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc (ABET), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the National Institute for Land Management and Training, KS Army National Guard, the Rotary Leadership Institute, KSU magazines and newspapers (the K-State Engineer, the K-Stater, Kansas Technical Professions), KSU career fairs, and KSU commencement.

Files from the Engineering Advisory Council. Files include lists of members apart of the council, meeting minutes, and papers published by members of the advisory council. Along with paper files there are photos of the council from meetings.

Additionally, box includes a slide viewer as well as relevant slides which have been moved to slide box 2c-2e.
